Privacy Policy
This site keeps almost nothing about you. It sets no cookies, runs no trackers, and has no analytics of any kind.
If you call the number here, three things are recorded: the number you called from, the time, and how long the call lasted. They are deleted after 90 days. That is the whole of it, and the rest of this page is the detail.

What this site does not do
It sets no cookies. Not for advertising, not for analytics, not to remember a preference. Loading a page here stores nothing in your browser.
It runs no third-party scripts and contacts no other company’s servers. Even the fonts are served from this site rather than fetched from Google, so opening a page tells nobody but this site that you did.
It has no analytics product. The only measurement is Google Search Console, which reports how pages appear in Google’s search results by reading Google’s own crawl. It is not code on the page and it does not watch your visit.
It sells nothing to anyone, and it runs no advertising.
If you call
The number on this site is a tracking number that forwards to a dental practice in Sacramento. It is run through Twilio, in the United States, and forwarding is all it does: the call goes straight through to the office and you talk to them, not to us.
The record it leaves is three things. The number you called from, the time, and how long the call lasted. That is what shows the call came from this site, which is the only reason it is kept.
Calls are not recorded. Nothing you say is captured, stored, or listened to by anyone connected with this website. If that ever changed you would hear it announced at the start of the call, before anything else, and this page would say so first.
The three things above are deleted after 90 days. What remains is a monthly count of calls, which is a number with nobody’s details in it.
The office sees your number the way it sees any incoming call. Whatever it writes down after that is its record, under its own privacy notice, and this site has no access to it.
Who runs this site
SacramentoToothExtraction.com is an independently operated information site. It is not a dental practice, does not treat anyone, and holds no medical records of any kind.
Anything you discuss at an appointment belongs to the practice and is covered by their privacy notice rather than this one. This page covers only the call record described above.
Having it removed
You can ask what is held about you and have it deleted, and asking changes nothing about how you are treated. California residents have that right in law; this site extends it to everyone, because operating two standards would be more work than honouring one.
Call the number on this site and say so. A request is answered within forty-five days, which is the period California law allows, though in practice there is very little to delete.
Removing a call record here does not remove anything the practice holds about an appointment you attended. That request goes to them.
Changes to this page
When this policy changes, the date under the heading changes with it. Anything material, whether that is an analytics tool, call recording, or a longer retention period, is written here before it starts rather than after.
This site is written for adults arranging their own care and collects nothing knowingly from children.
