What they treat, and what gets referred out
It is a general and cosmetic dental practice. It is not an oral surgery practice, and this site will not describe it as one, because the two are different qualifications and the difference matters when a case is difficult.
Most extractions belong in general practice, including surgical ones. Some do not. Where imaging or an exam shows a case belongs with a specialist, the referral is made at that point, before any work on the tooth has started.
No sedation deeper than local anesthetic is offered. An extraction there is done with the area numbed and you awake.
What the office has
Cone-beam CT imaging on site, so a root can be mapped in three dimensions before an appointment rather than guessed at from a flat film. On the lower jaw that also locates the nerve that serves the lip and chin.
Same-day restorations, an intraoral scanner, and a dental laser. Beyond extractions, the practice provides implants, dentures, and bone grafting, which matters if the tooth coming out is one you will want to replace.
For patients without insurance there is an in-house membership plan that belongs to the practice rather than to a financing company. Ask what it costs and what it covers when you call.
Why this page names nobody
Because this site has no agreement with the practice yet. It is independently built and independently run, the office pays it nothing, and it was put online to find out whether people searching for an extraction in Sacramento find it useful.
Publishing a practice name and a dentist’s credentials to advertise is a thing to do with their agreement, not ahead of it. So until there is one, this page tells you the part that affects your decision, which is what kind of practice answers the phone, and leaves out the part that would only be marketing.
If that changes, the name replaces this section rather than sitting alongside it.
